These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PoseMaster Pro website and service (the “Service”), operated by Locum Tech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09514325), with contact email ops@soggl.com.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PoseMaster Pro provides AI-powered bodybuilding pose analysis. You upload or capture photos, which are analysed by artificial intelligence to produce scores, feedback, and suggestions based on bodybuilding federation standards. The Service also includes competitions, leaderboards, head-to-head challenges, and an influencer referral programme.
AI scoring is for guidance only. Scores are generated by AI and do not represent the opinion of a certified human judge. They should not be relied upon as official competition results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any score or feedback.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or attempt to manipulate scores, competitions, or referral systems.
When using the Service you must not:
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service (for example, sending your photo to our AI provider for scoring, displaying your scorecard, and showing your scores on leaderboards).
You can delete your content at any time by deleting individual scores or by deleting your account entirely, which removes all associated photos and data.
The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated with reasonable notice.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
The influencer programme allows approved participants to earn revenue by referring new users. Participation is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payment thresholds, or programme terms with reasonable notice. Fraudulent referral activity will result in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
The PoseMaster Pro name, logo, design, and underlying software are the property of Locum Tech Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI scores will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
AI-generated scores are not a substitute for feedback from a qualified human judge or coach. We strongly recommend working with certified professionals when preparing for competitions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Locum Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. Deletion permanently removes your profile, scores, photos, competition history, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. Some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so (see our Privacy Policy).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the UK, you also retain any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your country of residence.
